2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after the order is placed. Please note that orders placed during holidays or peak seasons may experience slight delays in processing. We will notify you via email if there are any unexpected delays in processing your order.

3. Domestic Shipping
For U.S. customers, we offer the following shipping options:

4. International Shipping

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, but we will do our best to assist you in resolving any issues.
9. Lost or Damaged Packages

If necessary, we will issue a replacement or refund for the lost or damaged items, provided the issue is reported within 30 days of the shipping date.
