Refund and Returns Policy

FuzzyNapo is committed to ensuring that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. Our Refund and Returns Policy provides clear instructions for returns, exchanges, and refunds, as well as information on how to resolve any issues you may encounter with your order.

1. Returns Eligibility

We understand that sometimes products may not meet your expectations, and we want to make the returns process as easy as possible. The following conditions apply to returns:

  • Return Window: You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition of Items: The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it, including original packaging and tags.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Some items are non-returnable, including custom or personalized products, gift cards, and final sale items. If you are unsure about whether an item is eligible for return, please contact us before proceeding.

2. How to Return an Item

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Initiate Return: Contact our customer support team at info@fuzzynapo.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, item details, and the reason for the return.

  2. Receive Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions. Please note that items returned without an RA number will not be processed.

  3. Pack the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including any tags, manuals, and accessories. Attach the RA number to the return package.

  4. Ship the Item: Ship the item to the address we provide using a trackable shipping service. We recommend purchasing insurance for the item, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returns.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in the case of defective or incorrect items. If you received an incorrect or damaged product, we will cover the return shipping fees. For all other returns, customers must bear the cost of shipping the item back to us.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and confirm that it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund. Refunds are typically issued within 5-10 business days of receipt of the item.

  • Full Refund: A full refund will be issued for items returned in their original condition. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
  • Partial Refund: If the returned item shows signs of use, damage, or missing parts, we may issue a partial refund based on the condition of the product.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please return the original item and place a new order. Once the return is processed, you will be issued a refund, and you can proceed with your new purchase.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately, within 7 days of delivery. Provide photos of the damage or defect, and we will either send you a replacement item or issue a full refund. In these cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items

8. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, cancellations are not guaranteed, as we may have already begun processing or shipping the order. If you wish to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible.

9. International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs, taxes, and duties. Please ensure you use a trackable shipping method to return items, as we cannot be held liable for lost packages. Refunds will be processed once the item is received and inspected.
